This piece was inspired by the new moon and the energy of new beginnings! I wanted her to have a 3d feel with the moon behind her symbolizing her power to take control of her life. I love the different textures that I gave her. Texture is a great way for me to show the complexity of the human condition. Her pose is one of receptivity and openness. Here's to new beginnings!
